Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Video Content Specialist to join our team and support one of our US-based clients.

The successful candidate will create engaging short-form content for various social media platforms, driving measurable results across a portfolio of brands. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering original, high-quality video assets across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Editing short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Compiling and repurposing user-generated content into engaging ad creatives
  • Implementing creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients
  • Reviewing completed work to ensure technical accuracy and brand compliance
  • Collaborating with teams to continuously test and refine creative performance

We're looking for a creative storyteller with a performance-driven mindset who understands how to elevate content for ad effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience in the DTC or e-commerce space
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite
  • Experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video)
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic team player
  • Windows: 64 GB RAM, dedicated GPU with 8+ GB VRAM
  • Mac: M2 chip or beyond

This role requires full-time remote work following US EST hours. A productivity monitoring tool is required for payroll purposes.
