Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, connecting clients with suitable financial services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing high-volume calls efficiently and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Providing detailed information and support regarding financial products and services.
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns or escalating them appropriately.
  • Accurately recording call details and ensuring proper follow-up on unresolved issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in a call center or financial services environment, preferably with at least two years of experience.
  • Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable with call center technology and essential financial software.
