About the Role

• Brand Visual Identity Development: Develop and maintain a solid and cohesive visual identity for the brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography.
• Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and lead the creative development of collection campaigns, collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to align with business objectives while maintaining high creativity and innovation.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Art Direction: Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offline collaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform and guide the brand's creative direction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.
• Resource Management: Responsible for managing resources to ensure optimal allocation for maximum impact.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
