Key Responsibilities:
  • Envision and produce motion graphics for use in video series, social content, educational materials, and YouTube shows
  • Translate scripts, storyboards, and verbal briefs into captivating animations that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Collaborate closely with producers, editors, content writers, and creative leads to align visuals with strategic objectives
  • Develop branded assets and visual templates that support consistency across content streams
  • Optimize animations for performance across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, LMS, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in animation and motion design (in-house or agency)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (Bonus: Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
  • An eye for detail and design, with the ability to animate both abstract and character-driven content
  • Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound design in motion work
  • Experience with brand-driven animation and social content
  • A collaborative mindset: open to feedback, always iterating
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing deadlines
