Wholesale Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Wholesale Sales Professional to join our team at ShipNow Information Technology. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and managing outreach campaigns to attract potential clients in the hotel industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in wholesale sales, especially in hospitality supply and hotel markets. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with hotel clients, understanding and meeting their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating leads and managing outreach campaigns to attract potential clients in the hotel industry
- Developing strong relationships with hotel clients, understanding and meeting their needs
- Driving sales growth by upselling home appliances and hospitality-related products while identifying opportunities to enhance value within existing client accounts
- Conducting cold calls to engage new hotel clients, introduce the company's products and services, and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Working with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials such as brochures, emails, and advertisements, to support sales campaigns and attract new clients
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or inquiries promptly
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in wholesale sales, especially in hospitality supply and hotel markets
- Proven experience in upselling, particularly in home appliances or similar product categories and strong ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation and cold calling to generate new business
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubstaff (preferred but not required)
- Experience managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress through a CRM system
- Experience in email marketing, including creating and managing email campaigns to engage potential clients and follow up with leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet customer needs and achieve overall company goals
- Understanding of the hotel and hospitality industry trends and supply needs
