The Head of Marketing Services will oversee the effective and efficient implementation of key marketing services, including Media Relations, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Event Management, Growing Artist Fanbase/CRM, and Quality Control. They will conduct comprehensive strategic marketing analyses to uncover growth opportunities and guide Domestic and International teams in their marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
  2. Develop engaging online campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  3. Partner with influential figures to expand our reach and engagement.
  4. Plan and execute memorable events that strengthen our brand presence.
  5. Implement strategies to engage and grow our artist fanbase through effective customer relationship management.
  6. Ensure adherence to company standards and institute rigorous quality control procedures.
  7. Conduct comprehensive strategic marketing analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
  8. Foster and maintain strong relationships with diverse vendors and external partners.
  9. Manage, monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, effectively measuring outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
