**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Intercompany Accounting Team Lead to join our team at Dover Corporation. As an Intercompany Accounting Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering timely and quality service to internal customers, as measured by service level agreements and key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in intercompany accounting and general ledger management. You will be responsible for managing overall compliance with intercompany month-end closing requirements, assisting team members to ensure compliance, and actively involving yourself in assigned team's planning, direction, team strategy, and stakeholder management.

In this role, you will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects for intercompany and support transitions assignments, evaluating and assessing assigned team's performance, and managing and supervising a team of accountants in performing Intercompany processes.

You will review and approve journal entries based on related supporting documents, monitor and track compliance to Intercompany policy for team's assigned OpCos, coach individual performance and career development of team members, and measure team performance in relation to assigned team goals for the year in alignment with the organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management Accounting, preferably CPA, and over 5 years minimum experience in a Finance and Accounting shared service or BPO entities with at least 2 years supervisory experience. Prior experience in general accounting, with exposure to US GAAP and IFRS, is highly preferred.
