Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing 5-15+ campaigns simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery, strong client satisfaction, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead project management for multiple integrated marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, experiential, and more) from kickoff through recap/renewal
  • Campaign Delivery: Partner with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver outstanding client service and meet campaign objectives
  • Timelines and Deliverables: Own campaign timelines, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and shared with the right stakeholders
  • Campaign Performance: Track, optimize, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in ad sales marketing, media, advertising, PR, or communications
  • Campaign Management: Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Collaboration: A proactive and collaborative work style suited for a dynamic, matrixed organization
  • Data Analysis: Comfortable working with data to analyze performance and inform campaign recaps
