Financial Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role will assist with payroll processing, bookkeeping, and general accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll using ADP software and generate accurate reports.
- Support bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries in QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Generate basic financial reports as requested.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and ADP required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
