Job Overview

The Creative Visual Specialist is responsible for crafting visually striking designs across various digital and print media, including web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials. They utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Design: Develop visually appealing designs for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create designs by hand or using digital tools.
  • Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Graphic Design Virtual Assistance, focused on creating visual content and branding materials across various mediums.
  • Specialized in web design, print design, branding, digital illustration, client revision, and design project management.
  • Focus Areas:
    • Creating diverse graphic assets for digital and print platforms.
    • Utilizing industry-standard design software.
    • Ensuring visual appeal, readability, and brand consistency in all designs.
    • Managing the design process from concept development to final approval and delivery.
    • Closely collaborating with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate degree.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good character and willingness to work varied shifts.
  • At least one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.
