Key Responsibilities
  • Collect past due invoices from customers via phone, email, or portal.
  • Reconcile complex accounts and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize and resolve existing customer issues efficiently, facilitating payment.
  • Process daily and/or month-end account reconciliations, including spreadsheets such as daily cash log.
  • Review/prepare customer refunds for duplicate payments, overpayments, and payments to incorrect companies.
  • Prepare weekly aging reports to prioritize accounts based on overdue status.

This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and technical expertise in accounting software such as SAP/CRM. You must have at least 2 years of accumulated experience in hard core collections preferably business to business collections (B2B), and be self-motivated, work independently with minimum supervision, and be an effective team player.
