This role involves leading security assurance initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance with various security frameworks.

As a Senior Manager, Security Assurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing security assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will oversee and facilitate external audits and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation.

  • Assess and identify gaps in security controls, developing strategies for remediation and improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security frameworks and help shape the organization's security strategy.
  • Develop and implement security standards and policies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to evaluate the organization's security posture.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure coherent security practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security, focusing on security assurance and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HITRUST CSF, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading external audit engagements, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and implement effective solutions.
