  • Analyze customer feedback to forecast sales trends and seasonal stock demand, informing inventory management decisions.
  • Brief staff on optimal stock display and rotation techniques to maximize store space efficiency.
  • Develop promotional strategies to highlight price changes, clearance sales, and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform predictions and business decisions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of product displays and store layouts on sales figures, implementing adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and restocking to ensure adequate merchandise levels.
Requirements:
  • A high school degree; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in merchandising is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of the brand and product is highly desirable.
  • Retail sales industry experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of industrial items, appliances, computers, power tools, etc. is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
