About This Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the implementation and management of complex Windows-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure to support business growth and operational efficiency
  • Lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of IT systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
  • Develop and enforce IT architecture standards, policies, and best practices for enterprise infrastructure
  • Oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and hybrid environments
  • Evaluate and implement IT security frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company policies
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity and data protection
  • Optimize IT processes and automation, enhancing system performance and reducing manual interventions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and IT governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT architecture with business goals and digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead migration projects, including Hybrid Azure AD, Exchange Online, and cloud-based solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT system implementation and architecture, preferably in large-scale environments with 1000+ employees
  • Expertise in Microsoft IT ecosystems, including Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Office 365, and Azure
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid cloud solutions
  • Deep understanding of VMware Hyper-Converged architecture, VMware Horizon, and virtualization strategies
  • Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, particularly Veeam
  • Experience with Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure and designing hybrid-cloud architectures
  • Proven experience in Hybrid Azure AD implementation and Exchange Online migration
  • Proficiency in Unified Endpoint Management (Intune) and modern device management strategies
  • Solid understanding of IT security best practices, identity management, and Jump Box deployment
  • Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and IT governance methodologies
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement IT architectures that align with business objectives
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Good English reading and writing skills are preferred
