Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing compliance requirements for Parent Corporate Loans and coordinating timely submission of these requirements to the lenders.
  2. Processing and tracking payments for all debt service relating to Corporate Loans and Service Concession Obligation (SCO).
  3. Managing the timely and accurate payment of loan obligations relating to Corporate Loans and SCO by maintaining a schedule of payments and communicating the funding requirements to the liquidity unit.
  4. Monitoring the utilization of proceeds from foreign loans by maintaining a database of assigned expenditures/disbursements per facility for regulatory (BSP) reporting.
  5. Ensuring compliance and registration of foreign loans to the BSP to enable FX purchase for debt servicing and settlement.
  6. Providing support in the preparation of loan drawdown requirements of the Parent company and ensuring timely and accurate submission of all loan drawdown-related requirements to lenders banks.
  7. Assisting in fundraising initiatives of the Parent Company (e.g., reviews loan agreement provisions on settlement, taxation, and reportorial requirements).
  8. Computing the initial carrying value of new loan drawdowns for facility creation in the Treasury Module.
  9. Maintaining worksheets and managing the accretion and valuation of the company's outstanding Corporate Loans and SCO.
  10. Analyzing and recommending month-end Corporate Loans and SCO accounting entries.
  11. Validating and analyzing the SL-GL Reconciliation for the Treasury Loan Ledgers.
  12. Preparing periodic internal reports, forecasts, and analysis relating to Corporate Loans and SCO.
  13. Ensuring the achievement of the required service level standards of Treasury.
  14. Interacting and coordinating with various internal (i.e., Financial Accounting Team, Controllership and Analysis Managers, and Project Managers) and external (i.e., Representatives of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, World Bank, Lenders, MWSS) stakeholders for treasury/loan-related matters.
  15. Managing loan-related records and their archiving based on relevant company policies.
