On-Chain Asset Management Infrastructure Lead

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure.

The selected candidate will lead a team of skilled engineers in designing, implementing, and deploying high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.

  • Infrastructure Development: The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of novel governance and asset management mechanisms on Solana.
  • Smart Contract Architecture: Develop and iterate on core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, and cross-program integration capabilities that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in building smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
  • A proven track record of developing and supporting production-grade Solana programs that have handled substantial funds.
  • A strong understanding of digital asset management, multi-sig architecture, and smart account functionality.
