The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Financial Planning and Analysis team, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Administration:
    • Ensure seamless administration and maintenance of Vena, guaranteeing data accuracy and timeliness.
    • Develop and refine Vena reports to meet evolving business needs.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Vena system usage.
  • Data Visualization & Dashboarding:
    • Design and manage Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Continuously enhance dashboard functionalities to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Excel Report Consolidation & Automation:
    • Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation, ensuring precision and accuracy.
    • Automate recurring reports using advanced Excel techniques to streamline processes.
  • Presentation Design:
    • Refine PowerPoint presentations used for executive reviews and internal reporting.
    • Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Vena for financial reporting and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an offshore role supporting a global team.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
