• Hold formal qualification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
• Possess exceptional technical skills, preferably with experience in skin assessments and treatments.
• Show commitment to professionalism, being punctual, organized, and maintaining impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in work.
• Bring passion for the Beauty Industry, genuinely enthusiastic about skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
• Demonstrate customer service and sales focus, with a track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.
