About the Position

We're seeking an accomplished Digital Designer to join our team, someone with a strong track record of delivering high-quality digital content for performance marketing channels. This role requires exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging visual content for social media ads, eDMs, and our website, aiming to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and maintain effective design workflows, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders to develop compelling brand narratives and visual identities that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct thorough research on emerging trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to inform and enhance our design processes.
  • Leverage our design tools and software to efficiently produce high-quality deliverables, adhering to tight deadlines and exacting standards.
About You
  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, coupled with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Outstanding technical skills in design software, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
