Lead Architect for AI Automation

As a key member of our technology team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our AI agent platform. This position requires both strong hands-on technical expertise and the ability to provide technical leadership for a small but rapidly scaling engineering team.

  • Technical Leadership

    • Define and lead the technical architecture for our AI agent platform.

    • Mentor and guide a small team of engineers (initially 2–3, scaling up to 10+).

    • Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to align architecture with business goals.

  • Hands-On Development

    • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems.

    • Code and implement solutions using Next.js, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.

    • Develop automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.

  • Infrastructure & Deployment

    • Manage and optimize deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors.

    • Oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization.

    • Implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments.

  • Security & Networking

    • Architect and secure local networks and deployment environments.

    • Contribute to enterprise-grade security discussions as the company scales.

  • Collaboration & Delivery

    • Work across multiple projects balancing optimization of existing systems with rollout of new features.

    • Use Git versioning and project management tools to ensure clean workflows and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration.

  • Advanced experience with Next.js, Node.js, JSON, Axios API.

  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker, Linux-based development.

  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.

  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances.

  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.
