We are seeking a skilled Content Marketing Specialist to help drive our growth and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create compelling content across various channels, including blog articles, social media posts, guides, and videos.
  • Manage community engagement on LinkedIn and other platforms, scheduling posts and monitoring industry conversations.
  • Support search engine optimization efforts, tracking competitor and market trends in financial wellness and benefits technology.
  • Assist with lead generation initiatives and campaign execution, maintaining customer relationship management hygiene and supporting automation.
  • Coordinate logistics and promotion for webinars, virtual events, and field activations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B content and/or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, wellness, or insurtech.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and tools like HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, Notion, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for a professional audience.
  • Analytical mindset, able to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative, self-starting, and resourceful.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives on impact and innovation.
