Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our business.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for preparing and recording journal entries and general ledger transactions.
- You will reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- You will assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- You will help prepare financial statements and supporting documentation.
- You will support internal and external audits to ensure our financial records are accurate and compliant.
- You will perform variance analysis and explain key fluctuations in financial data.
- You will maintain well-organized and accurate financial records.
About You:
- Accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
