CITCO INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED-PHILIPPINE ROHQ is a leading provider of asset-servicing solutions to the global alternative investment industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Clark, Pampanga, who can provide technical assistance to internal business customers and external clients, resolve their technical issues, and escalate complex problems to high-level IT Support specialists and experts when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of troubleshooting experience with hardware or software customer services, substantial experience in IT Support and customer service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with our global Service Desk team to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Your responsibilities will include handling all incoming queries and help requests from end users and customers, directly resolving user technical issues, and escalating user support requests to high-level IT Support specialists and experts when necessary.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also provide on-time status and communication to employees regarding outstanding and resolving incidents, proactively increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations by suggesting improvements regarding tools and processes, and communicate to management on high-impact technical incidents.
