Job Overview

This Strategic Executive Assistant role involves acting as a primary liaison and strategic partner to the DGO and COO.

Responsibilities include representing the DGO in cross-departmental meetings and leadership discussions, monitoring and driving the execution of initiatives across various departments, identifying operational inefficiencies and leading process improvement efforts, collaborating with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems, creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), leading multi-departmental projects from conception to completion, utilizing project management tools to maintain accountability, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, and providing guidance and accountability to department heads on behalf of the DGO.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years in operations, executive support, or project management roles
  • Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments
  • Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results
  • Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion
