About the RoleThis role involves working closely with the project team to identify and resolve issues, implement solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Communicate clearly and concisely through digital channels
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business)
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
