Content Editor Role

This is a detail-oriented position that involves refining and enhancing blog content to meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and client alignment.

  • Edit AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Strategically add relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Ensure all client-specific discussions, branding, and messaging are appropriately and consistently represented.
  • Select and insert appropriate images, including occasionally writing effective alt text.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate any grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes.
  • Maintain a high standard of content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Proven editorial background with extensive experience in editing and proofreading various types of content.
  • Strong understanding and application of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles, including keyword integration, linking strategies, and on-page optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a natural wordsmithing ability.
  • Proficiency in Grammarly and ability to work quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
