The successful candidate will be a seasoned software engineering manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving innovation through technology.

Responsibilities

The software engineering manager will lead 1-2 Agile Scrum teams, each consisting of 5-6 Full Stack Software Engineers, a shared Scrim Lead, and other cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage the daily activities of the software development teams, ensuring they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Development: Participate in all phases of software engineering, including requirements analysis, application design, code development, and testing.

The software engineering manager will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the development process.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of software engineers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
