Talent Outsourcing Channel (TORCH) Solutions is seeking a skilled Travel and Customer Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel and cruise industry.
Your primary focus will be on answering customer support calls, updating client databases, and promoting other products and services whenever necessary. You will also be working closely with our existing clients to resolve any issues they may have.
To excel in this role, you will need at least 3 months of call center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
