Knowledge Base Writer Position

The Knowledge Base Writer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of our company's knowledge base.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create a strategy for the knowledge base and maintain high-quality content that meets various skill levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and support new products, processes, and services.
  • Analyze data to evaluate business impact, track usage, and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
  • Develop writing guidelines based on best practices for knowledge base articles.
  • Review and implement updates to knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure article content accuracy as a subject matter expert.
  • Proactively review the knowledge base and suggest updates as needed.
  • Write new knowledge base articles as campaigns launch new policies or products.
  • Provide updates on article status to stakeholders.
  • Implement change tracking strategies to ensure approval of all changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content writing.
  • Experience creating online content and user support materials.
  • Demonstrated competency with writing and graphics tools and apps.
  • Understanding of applying formatting to make important points stand out.
  • Ability to analyze data and create innovative solutions.
  • Ability to learn new knowledge and skills quickly and self-develop.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Service orientation, collaboration, and positive work climate.
  • Copes well under pressure and enjoys varied pace of working.
  • Aligned with core values: Respect, Integrity, Transparency, and Excellence.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and set up temporary home office.
