Working Conditions:

  • Primarily based in a food production or manufacturing environment.
  • May be required to work in shifts or during weekends depending on production schedules.
  • Exposure to typical production facility conditions such as temperature variations, noise, and food processing equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality compliance.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
  • Monitor hygiene, safety, and regulatory adherence in processing areas.
  • Identify and mitigate production hazards in collaboration with teams.
  • Perform internal audits, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate product defects, recommend solutions, and track issue resolutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or quality assurance environment.
  • Knowledgeable in using the SAP system.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and quality control practices.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Basic laboratory testing skills and understanding of food safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
