As a Virtual Accounting Specialist at Licera Group, you will be responsible for handling the financial records and transactions of businesses or clients remotely. You will use accounting software and online platforms to manage bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial data, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and providing general financial support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, expenses, payments, and receipts using accounting software and digital tools.
  • Manage invoices, process payments, and track outstanding receivables. Monitor and follow up on overdue payments as necessary.
  • Prepare and process payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
  • Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the financial health of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping, Business Administration or any related field. Early-stage candidates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge and experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Meticulousness and accuracy in recording and analyzing financial data to ensure the integrity of financial records. Efficient and accurate data entry skills, as well as comfort working with numbers and performing calculations.
