We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for general accounting and reporting through timely and accurate service delivery.
Job DescriptionThe Financial Analyst will primarily be accountable for the following key responsibilities:
Accounting and Reporting- Operations – Finance operations transactional in nature but has financial impact (e.g. Invoicing, Credit Card Refund, Daily Matching of Premium)
- Accounting Operations – Responsible in preparing, uploading of Journal Entry to facilitate month-end closing activities. Reconciliation of accounts and balance sheet items for regulatory requirements
- Reconciliation - Performs reconciliation such as Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation and System reconciliation to ensure completeness and correctness of financial information for the month
- Management Reporting – To support needs of different internal or external parties
In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Analyst will also serve as a Quality Analyst/Reviewer, Trainer, Point-of-Contact, and Automation Champion within the team.
