Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Expert to join our team at Manpower Philippines. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies to maximize returns.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry policies.
  • Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Supervise and mentor finance team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance.
