Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our team at Foremost Farms, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including posting payables and receivables, reconciling accounts, and verifying vendor information.
  2. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as aging of payables and receivables, and provide recommendations for possible write-offs.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.
  4. Comply with standard accounting procedures and policies, including A/R and A/P functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounts Officers/Clerks industry.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
