Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Minimum two years of experience in IT support, with a proven track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware maintenance and repair, including proficiency in common software applications.
