Recruitment Specialist - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team as a remote worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on technical roles and executive positions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing top talent, leveraging various job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and Jobstreet, as well as social media platforms. They will need to be resourceful and creative in finding leads, with a strong ability to work independently.

The role offers a basic salary of up to 25K monthly, with unlimited commissions based on performance. Additional benefits include HMO upon regularization and twice-yearly company-paid team building events out of town.
