Job Description

The Treasury Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global payment network. This position requires an individual who is proficient in understanding payment processes and treasury functions, as well as being able to respond promptly to queries and communicate effectively with colleagues.

  • Acquire knowledge of payment processes and treasury functions
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ensure all items are completed as expected
  • Communicate relevant information to team members
  • Retain customer information within pertinent files
  • Complete tasks daily in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management as needed
  • Provide support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners for incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information
  • Organize treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate meeting minutes
  • Maintain effective communication between the treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks for ad hoc projects
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures regarding anti-money laundering and internal controls at all times
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Diligent, organized, and accurate
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity
  • Fluent in English, portraying practical examples
  • Experience working in a customer service/business role
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment pertaining to money transmission businesses in Ireland
