Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage changes to existing client accounts and communicate effectively to progress workflows.
  • Support clients and their sales tax accountants with issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.
  • Update and test sales tax settings on platforms.
  • Support client offboarding, including permit closure and final paperwork.
  • Serve as the first contact for support on nexus reviews, permits, and other tax-related issues.
  • Handle billing support and process improvements with the onboarding team.

The ideal candidate has experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory, project management, analysis, and research. They have high attention to detail and perfectionist tendencies, effective communication skills, and the ability to soothe stressed or anxious clients.
