We are seeking a highly skilled software developer to lead the development of a next-generation content capture and organization app.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in leveraging AI tools, understanding modern content consumption patterns, and building scalable applications that integrate with diverse data sources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a modern, full-featured web application that allows users to save and organize content from URLs, upload and view YouTube and Podcast transcripts, record and store audio recordings, and take notes and annotate saved content.

The candidate will also utilize AI tools like Cursor, V0.dev, DeepSeek, and others to accelerate development and enhance app functionality.

Additionally, the candidate will implement user authentication and account management, integrate Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and work with multiple APIs for data extraction, processing, and storage.

The database and backend systems must be designed to scale, and the candidate should have experience with modern development tools and platforms.

A background in note-taking, productivity, or media apps is desirable, as well as familiarity with OCR, ASR, or content summarization technology.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Knowledge of transcript APIs, media handling, and data parsing
  • Experience with authentication, Stripe, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
