\Job Description
\In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end marketing experience as you bring products to market. This includes determining category and product positioning and strategy, naming, competitive analysis, core value prioritization, and external communications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Commissary, Purchasing, and more to shape the Unique Selling Proposition of the product and the brand.
\You will also be responsible for designing and developing Market Research to further explore and develop business opportunities for the brand by nurturing an intimate understanding of our various consumer segments.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a keen sense of leadership, able to problem-solve on their own and with a team. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, as well as at least 6+ years of experience with product development, category management, marketing, and/or channel management.
\A proven track record of leading a team in a management role, actively working with a team in previous roles, and experience initiating, designing, and/or executing Market Research for products, brands, or business ideas is highly preferred.
