Data Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a talented data engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, data warehousing, and data lakes.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement data engineering solutions that drive business outcomes. They will work collaboratively with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for automation and optimization, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient data pipelines to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Implement appropriate data governance and security controls to protect sensitive information.
  • Automate and streamline processes to enable faster delivery of data-driven insights.
  • Develop and maintain DevOps processes for data engineering, including continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities to incorporate new tools and techniques into our data engineering processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, data warehousing, and data lakes.
  • Strong experience in DevOps processes, including continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Experience in AI and machine learning, with a proven track record of implementing data-driven solutions in a business context.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
