Project Procurement Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Procurement Officer to join our team at Unitan Construction and Development Corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including the preparation of documentary requirements for the progress Billing of projects accomplished, statement of work accomplished, Billing statement.
  • They will also be responsible for reviewing plans and preparing cost estimates, as well as overseeing expenditure per site to ensure that budgets are not exceeded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
  • With experience in procurement, cost engineering, and construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and construction management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela Head Office
