Job Title: Branch ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the branch, ensuring effective completion of responsibilities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the branch, ensuring effective completion of responsibilities.
  • Establish work standards, performance measures, goals, and objectives.
  • Assign deliverables/tasks to subordinates and review work progress.
  • Provide direction and guidance, coach, counsel, and motivate subordinates.
  • Recommend personnel movements, interview prospective employees, and conduct job orientations and trainings.
  • Identify and recommend training programs/seminars for staff development.
  • Monitor daily production and loan releases to ensure branch growth.
  • Plan, create, and implement programs/processes for branch employees and clients.
  • Implement business plans and programs designed by the Marketing Group.
  • Deliver marketing activities within the approved budget.
  • Report regularly on branch performance to the Immediate Superior.
  • Ensure quality service to customers is consistently applied.
  • Handle client complaints or concerns escalated by staff.
  • Represent the branch during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Problem-solving skills.
