Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Market analysis to identify potential clients and create target lists.
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers to inform them about our staffing services.
  • Conduct requirements analysis to understand customer needs precisely.
  • Pitch our solutions to potential clients and negotiate staffing agreements.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to match candidates with job requirements.
  • Direct prospects to account executives when necessary.
  • Handle objections to maintain a positive company reputation.
  • Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales by going the extra mile.
  • Record calls and sales notes for useful information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive, especially in a staffing agency catering to US markets.
  • Success in meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different markets focused on healthcare recruitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is essential.
  • Strong communication and high emotional intelligence.
  • Familiarity with relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATS.
  • Experience using Google G-Suite and softphones like GoTo Voice.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Bachelor's degree will be an asset.
