Product Innovation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Product Innovation Lead to drive meaningful changes and ensure that our offerings exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls.
  • Work closely with suppliers to enhance product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product improvements with business goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product innovations and iterate accordingly.
  • Ensure all product changes comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop strategies to improve the overall product experience.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and able to drive product innovation through customer insights.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in improving product taste, formulation, and packaging.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of packaging design trends and sustainable materials.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and user experience research.
