Job Title: Lead Residential Design Consultant

This is a full-time, remote role for a highly skilled interior designer who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate bilingual design collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design process from initial concepts through to final presentations. This position requires strong technical proficiency, a keen design sensibility, and experience in leading high-end residential interior design projects.

  • Collaborate with lead designers to develop and execute comprehensive interior design strategies.
  • Create, organize, and edit engaging presentations using industry-standard software.
  • Draft detailed layouts, elevations, and drawings using advanced design tools.
  • Communicate design ideas to clients in both English and Mandarin, providing clear guidance on design concepts and objectives.
  • Sources furnishings, finishes, and materials in line with U.S. standards (using Imperial units).
  • Translate design concepts into actionable visual and written materials, ensuring effective project implementation.
  • Track and document project progress, revisions, and design notes, maintaining accurate records throughout the design lifecycle.
  • Participate in internal meetings and maintain organized design files and schedules.
