We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Sewing Technologist to join our team at Crackerjack Corporation. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in garment production.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical sewing and garment manufacturing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to work closely with product developers to ensure that garments meet functional and consistent fit standards. You will also be responsible for receiving, measuring, fitting, and documenting sample approvals, as well as refining and updating specification measurements, construction, and tech packs to approved fit.

Your expertise in identifying quality issues during the fitting process and working with the product team to create preventative measures for future ranges will be invaluable to our company's growth and success.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will need to communicate garment measurements and descriptions for online purposes. Additionally, you may be required to assist in other roles within the team when needed.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
