We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Quality Assurance and Control activities.

Job Description

The QAQC Manager will be responsible for managing quality systems, leading QA/QC teams, and interfacing with third-party laboratories and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards
  • Lead QA/QC teams and conduct internal/external audits
  • Interface with third-party laboratories and regulatory bodies
  • Manage quality planning, inspections, audits, and non-conformance resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 12+ years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction quality management
  • At least 5 years of dedicated QA/QC leadership experience in dam and hydropower infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in managing quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards
  • Proven experience in FIDIC contract-based projects with international contractors
