Technical Drafter Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Drafter to play a crucial role in our project development process. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drafting on AutoCAD software and possess experience with electric and plumbing plans as well as basic elevation designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software for various projects, including electric and plumbing plans and basic elevation designs
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine project drawings
  • Ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to project specifications and standards
  • Review and update existing drawings to reflect changes and modifications
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other CAD software and design tools
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to electrical and plumbing systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Knowledge of construction and engineering processes
