Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and APIs.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless API integrations, reliable infrastructure, and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs.
  • Develop and manage public-facing APIs ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient access.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Implement observability practices using tools such as Datadog or New Relic.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of backend software development experience including building public-facing API products.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
  • High proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL with experience in geospatial extensions like PostGIS.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with geospatial data formats such as GeoJSON, shapefiles, or KMZ.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
